Welcome to the Trimper Rides Online Store. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our website and related services, including the purchase and redemption of ride passes. By accessing or purchasing through our site, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials—is owned by Trimper Rides and/or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Sell, rent, or sub-license our materials
Publicly display our content without proper authorization

All purchases made through our website are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Product and pass prices are listed on the site and may change at any time without notice. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, prices cannot be adjusted.
All ride band, pass, and wristband sales are final. No refunds, no extensions, and no exceptions, including but not limited to closures, weather conditions, ride availability, staffing limitations, maintenance, operational changes, special events, or other circumstances.
Rides, attractions, or the park itself may be closed, delayed, modified, or removed at any time without notice due to weather conditions, maintenance, safety concerns, staffing limitations, special events, or other operational reasons. Ride availability is not guaranteed.
Day Bands are available to purchase and redeem until 5:00 PM. A Day Band is valid for use on one (1) day during the Summer Season and allows the pass holder to ride all rides, for up to four (4) hours, during regular operating hours on the day of redemption.
A Day Band is not valid for multiple days. All height, safety, and ride restrictions will be strictly enforced. Day Bands are valid only for the individual to whom they are issued and are non-transferable after redemption.
When available, a Day Band includes one (1) ride on the Big Wheel. Ride availability is not guaranteed.
Night Bands are available to purchase and redeem after 5:00 PM. A Night Band is valid for use on one (1) night during the Summer Season and allows the pass holder to ride all rides, for up to four (4) hours, during regular operating hours on the night of redemption.
A Night Band is not valid for multiple nights. All height, safety, and ride restrictions will be strictly enforced. Night Bands are valid only for the individual to whom they are issued and are non-transferable after redemption.
When available, a Night Band includes one (1) ride on the Big Wheel. Ride availability is not guaranteed.
A Mega Pass is valid for use on one (1) day during the Summer Season and allows the pass holder to ride all rides, open to close, during regular operating hours on the day of redemption.
Mega Passes are not valid for multiple days. All height, safety, and ride restrictions will be strictly enforced. Mega Passes are valid only for the individual to whom they are issued and are non-transferable after redemption.
When available, a Mega Pass includes one (1) ride on the Big Wheel. Ride availability is not guaranteed.
Season Passes purchased at the beginning of or during the Summer Season are valid for use during the current Summer Season only. The Summer Season is defined as Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Passes are valid only during regular operating hours and are not valid outside of this period or for multiple seasons. Season Pass holders may ride all rides, open to close, during regular operating hours, subject to all height, safety, and ride restrictions, which will be strictly enforced.
Season Passes are valid only for the individual to whom they are issued and are non-transferable after designation. Wristbands are also non-transferable.
When available, the Season Pass includes one (1) ride on the Big Wheel per day. Season Passes are not valid during shoulder seasons, private events, or special event days unless otherwise stated. Ride availability is not guaranteed.
Season Passes purchased during Black Friday or other designated promotional sales are valid for use during the following Summer Season only. The Summer Season is defined as Memorial Day through Labor Day.
All other Season Pass terms and restrictions stated above apply.
When you purchase a Virtual Pass, Mega Pass, Season Pass, Day Band, or Night Band online, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique QR code for each individual pass purchased.
Bring your QR code(s) to Guest Services, located next to Pirates Cove at the back of the park, during regular operating hours. A team member will scan your code and issue the physical pass or wristband that must be worn or carried to enjoy the rides.
Mega Passes offer unlimited rides for one full day during the Summer Season, subject to all posted restrictions.
Season Passes offer unlimited rides during the applicable Summer Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), subject to all posted restrictions.
All height and safety restrictions apply. Each pass is assigned to one individual and becomes non-transferable once redeemed and activated at the ticket booth.
If you purchase multiple passes in one transaction, you do not need to redeem them simultaneously. Each guest may redeem their pass upon arrival, provided they present their individual QR code.
Passes are valid only during regular operating hours and are not valid during shoulder seasons, private events, or special event days unless otherwise stated.
All ride bands, passes, and wristbands are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For other merchandise purchases, refunds or exchanges may be available at our discretion depending on the condition of the item and applicable policies.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue.
We take your privacy seriously. Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Trimper Rides regarding your use of this website and the purchase or redemption of passes.
