Yes, everyone receiving a wristband must be present at the time of redemption/in-person purchase.

You can check your available points at any ticket box or by scanning the QR code located at the back of your points card.
Guest Services is located next to Pirates Cove
While inclement weather is out of our control, we encourage our patrons to “Check the Sky before you Buy”. For the safety of our patrons, and employees, we temporarily suspend outside ride operations while we assess the extent of the inclement weather.
We are weather and foot traffic dependent; therefore, we DO NOT have a set closing time. We suggest calling ahead to find out more information.
